Exceptional Journeys is excited to announce our partnership with One48properties. One48Properties LLC exists to develop and maintain supportive housing environments for adults with special needs. Previously known as the WISD Alumni Prom is now a community gathering for adults ages 18 and up hosted by Exceptional Journeys.
